Summary

Worked in the Airport Logistics division at Siemens Logistics. We built and maintained the automation systems that route airport and flight baggage.

Context

I started as a simulation engineer, building software models of baggage handling systems to verify they met target throughput and efficiency before deployment.

Work

Later I created a new simulation tool that could automatically generate models from system layouts, reducing the time to a first simulation result by about 80%.
